Our products are shipped from our international warehouses. Please note that Shipping Time Estimates does not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays.
- Once the item(s) has left our warehouse, Best Ladies Shop is unable to control delays due to customs, or mail carriers. We ship all of our items ASAP. Delivery time may vary.
- Items can occasionally get held up in customs, which will ultimately delay the overall delivery time. Delays could potentially be up to an additional 15 to 20 days on top of the original estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, these circumstances are beyond Best Ladies Shop control.
What form of payments do you accept?
At the moment we only accept PayPal. We will soon accept credit/debit cards. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Best Ladies Shop does NOT accept C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) as payment for any of our items.
Will my card be charged when I order?
All customers are charged at the time of purchase.
What type of currency will I be charged?
All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion. For PayPal payment, PayPal asks if you would like to pay in USD or Local currency; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.
Can I apply more than one discount code onto my order?
You can only use one per order.
When I place an item into my cart or wish-list, is the item then reserved for any period of time?
Placing an available item into your cart and/or wish-list does not reserve that item.
Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
Can I send my item as a gift?
Yes! Make sure to enter the shipping address of the receiver where you want to deliver the item.
How Do I Place an Order Online?
- Start shopping by browsing through our catalog and clicking on a product that you want to order.
- You can see the product details, fit and sizing, and available options on the product page. You can also change the quantity of your order from cart page, after that click on "ENTER SHIPPING ADDRESS" button Or "PayPal' buttton to add it to your shopping cart.
- On your shopping cart page, you can also view the estimated shipping price, or to compute the final shipping price, please login. Delivery Information Page - Fill up the form (check the shipping address). After that, click on the "Continue to shipping method" button.
- Finally, You will then reach the payment information page. After confirming that everything is in order, then click on "Confirm Order". Viola, You are all set! We will begin to process your order.
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Once an order has been received, please allow approx. 1 - 3 business days for processing before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the delivery information.
Not all mail carriers or courier services are able to deliver to addresses containing a P.O. box. Because of this, Best Ladies Shop is unable to ensure the delivery of items shipped to mailing address containing P.O. boxes. Please check with your local mail carrier or courier service before placing an order with a mailing address containing a P.O. box.
Best Ladies Shop does our very best to offer Worldwide delivery on every order, however due to shipping restraints, this is not always possible. If at any time we are not able to ship to your initial shipping address, we will contact you ASAP and attempt to make alternate shipping arrangements. If this is not possible, we will refund the entire purchase amount right away.
For International shipping, please allow up to up to 40 days (not including processing time, customs, or mail carrier delays). There is nothing we can do to shorten the delivery of international shipments due to the process of international shipping carriers.

How long do I normally receive a replied for my inquiries?
We respond to customers within 12 hours or maximum of 24 hour and sooner, if possible!
When will my item's Tracking Number be available?
Tracking Numbers are usually generated within 3-5 business days, and may take up to another 7 days to have updated tracking information depending on the efficiency of our shipping partners. Tracking Numbers will be sent via email to our customers, even before the tracking information is ready.
My Tracking Number's status is showing "Not Found", should I be worried?
No. In some cases, Tracking Numbers could take 7-10 days to have an updated status. It is because courier system may take some time to update or hasn’t scanned and entered tracking information for your package yet.
Will my order comes in one package?
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. So please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are all on the way.
Am I entitled for a replacement if the item is damaged?
Yes! If this happens, we are truly sorry. If the item's defect is deemed valid, We will take care of you and cover all costs. We will send you a new product. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
Why does my item looks different from advertise?
Please bear in mind that photo may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
How do I cancel an item(s)/order?
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us via Email.
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

We serve an international customer base and don’t have a physical store. Our online store is open 24 hours a day, and you can rest assured that your orders are handled securely and with the utmost care at all times. Our customer service, and other functions are operated in locations across Asia.
